1. Data Format

Please submit data in the same format as the demo data. Your Excel/CSV file should have:

• First column: Temperature values (°C)
• Subsequent columns: Fluorescence values for each well (A01, A02, B01, etc.)

2. How to Use

• Load your data or use the built-in demo
• Click a well in the 96-well plate grid (Section 3)
• The app automatically jumps to 'Single Well Analysis' to show results
• Switch between 'Multi-peak (-dF/dT)' and 'Melt Curve' views
• Click 'Run Analysis (All Wells)' to analyze all wells at once

3. Parameters

• Min peak height: Filter out small peaks (% of maximum derivative)
• Min Tm distance: Merge peaks closer than this value (°C)

4. Output

• Single Well: Melt curve plot + derivative plot + Tm table
• Batch Results: All Tm values + multi-peak report
• Download: Excel (Tm results) + PNG (all melt curves)
